Tomás Posse

After spending much of his youth exploring Blockbuster, Tomás Posse studied filmmaking at the Universidad Del Cine, discovering Federico Fellini and directing several short films.
His latest short film, “Los Bastardos,” premiered at the 75th Venice International Film Festival and participated in other prestigious festivals like Mar del Plata, La Habana, and Zagreb. It was also nominated for the Condor de Plata Awards (considered the Argentine Oscars) in the Best Short Film category.
In advertising since 2010, he initially worked as an AD and later traveled globally as Andy Fogwill’s creative assistant for five years. Directing commercials since 2018, he has collaborated with brands such as Coca-Cola, Movistar, Renault, Pantene, Mercado Libre, Fuze Tea, and Cablevision Flow.
His filmmaking approach is highly driven by storytelling, blending subtle performances, attention to detail, active camerawork, and powerful visuals. Currently, he is developing the script for his debut feature.
